Mise à jour : August 4, 2026
tChawu is the controller of the personal data collected through the service. For any question, you can write to us at contact@tchawu.com.
We only collect what is needed for the service to work:
We do not use your data for targeted advertising and we do not sell it.
Your data is accessible to the tChawu team, within what is necessary for its tasks, and to our technical providers (hosting, file storage), who act on our instructions and are bound by a confidentiality obligation.
Content you publish or send in a conversation is visible according to your own privacy choices.
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data.
You can exercise these rights from your settings or by writing to contact@tchawu.com. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Passwords are stored in encrypted form and exchanges with our servers are protected by HTTPS. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
tChawu uses cookies strictly necessary for the service to work, in particular to keep your session open and remember your display preferences.
Only with your consent, we also use an aggregated, anonymous audience-measurement cookie to understand what works on the site. No advertising or third-party tracking cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time from the site footer.
Our servers are located in the European Union. If a transfer outside the EU were to take place, it would be governed by the safeguards provided by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
This policy may be updated. In case of a substantial change, you will be informed in the app before it takes effect.
